Our current facility was purpose-built from the ground up to support advanced dental care, modern technology, efficient treatment, and a genuinely comfortable patient experience. Wide hallways, dedicated clinical suites, advanced imaging and laser systems: everything here was designed with intention. This is what we built for you.
Dr. Corbin and Dr. Alisa Ratzlaff are the heart of this practice. You’ll see them at your appointments, and they helped build the clinical philosophy that makes CFD different.
What truly sets CFD apart is our philosophy of preserving natural teeth whenever possible. While many practices focus on replacing teeth, our first goal is always to save what can be saved. When implants or extractions become necessary, we’ll guide you through those options. But preserving healthy natural teeth will always come first.

Dr. Christopher Corbin, D.D.S.
Dr. Corbin was born and raised in Duncan, OK. He has been part of the CFD team for several years and brings a deep commitment to exceptional dental care and a patient-first philosophy.
Dr. Corbin leads patient care at CFD with a philosophy that is equal parts clinical precision and genuine human warmth. He believes the best dentistry is the kind patients actually want to return for. Not because they have to, but because they trust the hands and the people taking care of them.
With advanced training across restorative, implant, and comprehensive dentistry, Dr. Corbin handles everything from complex reconstructions to routine family care with the same level of attention. His patients consistently describe a calm, unhurried environment where they feel heard from the first visit.
Dr. Alisa Ratzlaff, D.D.S.
Dr. Ratzlaff brings two areas of deep expertise to CFD: comprehensive dental care and a complete facial esthetics practice that she leads under the Complete Facial Harmony philosophy.
As a dentist, her understanding of facial anatomy, muscle structure, and injection depth gives her a level of precision in esthetics that most traditional med-spa providers simply don't have. She approaches every facial treatment the same way she approaches every dental procedure: with clinical accuracy, a light touch, and a commitment to results that look natural.
Dr. Ratzlaff also leads CFD's VELscope oral cancer screening program. She believes that comprehensive care means looking out for a patient's whole health, not just their teeth. That philosophy shapes everything she does at CFD.
Dr. Preston Patrick, D.D.S.
Dr. Preston Patrick grew up in Tahlequah, OK, and earned his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.
He joins Comprehensive Family Dentistry after practicing in a corporate dental setting, bringing with him a servant-minded approach to patient care and a strong belief in building long-term relationships with the families he serves.
For Dr. Patrick, dentistry is about more than treating teeth. It's about earning trust, creating continuity of care, and helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental home.
Now living in Yukon with his dog, Dr. Patrick is excited to join a practice that shares his values of personalized care, strong patient relationships, and a family-oriented culture.
Outside the office, he is a leader with Life.Church and a dedicated Oklahoma City Thunder season ticket holder.
As CFD continues to grow, Dr. Patrick helps expand appointment availability while continuing the practice's commitment to exceptional care for patients across the Oklahoma City metro.
